To make the loan application process go smoothly, Borrowers should provide complete and accurate information at the time of application. If the following items are provided, loan approval should be obtained in 12-15 business days in most cases.

• Past 2 years w-2's
• Past 2 years Complete Federal Tax Returns (if self-employed, com-missioned, or over time income is to be used)
• Most current paycheck stubs
• Name & address of landlords for past 2 years
• Name, address, account number, balance, and monthly payment for all mortgages (and equity lines) past 23 years
• Most current 2 months bank statements for all deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market, CD's, etc.)
• Name, account number, and current balance for all credit cards
• Name, address, account number, balance, and monthly payment for all loans (auto, student, personal, etc.)
• Complete Divorce Decree(s) if applicable
• A copy of the Accepted Offer to Purchase signed by all parties
